a. Digital Marketing

We provide Lead Generation, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads and other related services. Performance depends on various factors, and while we strive for optimal results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as traffic, engagement, leads, or sales.

b. Website & Mobile App Development

Our development services are based on client specifications. Clients must provide clear and complete requirements. Post-deployment changes may incur additional charges.

c. Software Development

Custom software projects are delivered in phases with client approval required at each stage. Timelines and deliverables will be outlined in the project proposal.

d. Graphic Designing

All creative assets are produced based on client input. Revisions are limited to the number agreed upon in the service contract.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information and materials needed to complete the project.
• Responding to communications in a timely manner.
• Reviewing and approving work within agreed timeframes.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Digital Marketing, Designing, and Website Development projects require 100% advance payment
• Software development and Mobile App Development projects require advance payment before commencement and the remaining balance payment must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule.
• No refunds will be issued once a service has been delivered or a milestone has been completed, except as outlined in a specific contract or agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

• All intellectual property created during the project remains the property of SAI TECHNO SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED until full payment is received.
• Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client, excluding third- party assets or tools used under license.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality. All project details, business information, and proprietary content shared with us will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAI TECHNO SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our Services at any time if:

• You breach these Terms.
• Payment is not received as agreed.
• There is misuse of our Services or website.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore.
